Short, because there is not much to it: this site keeps what you give it when you book or write, and nothing else.
What I keep
When you book a chat, the booking tool keeps your name, email address, the business you type in, the time you chose and what you wrote in the notes.
When you email or WhatsApp me, that message stays in my mailbox or on my phone like any other message.
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.
Where it lives
Bookings are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and land in my calendar and mailbox on Microsoft 365.
Email runs on Microsoft 365. WhatsApp runs on Meta's servers under WhatsApp's own terms.
Nothing you send through this site is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train an AI model.
How long, and how to have it removed
I keep booking details for as long as we might work together, and messages for as long as my mailbox keeps them.
Want it gone? Email steven@base38.com.au and I delete what I hold on you, usually the same working day.
If we work together
What happens with your business data during a project (which tools, what stays on your own machine) is written down in your one-page plan, and you decide. Payslips, health records and staff files stay on a machine you own.
